UK Delivery Service

The following services are if the item is already in stock or after your goods have arrived from the manufacturer.  Once we have received the item it will be sent the same day, if the courier has already made pick up from us, it will be the following working day.

Parcels

All orders are dispatched by a secure courier service, when your order is dispatched you will be emailed to let you know that it’s on its way.  It normally takes 2-3 working days, if you select the faster delivery service this is normally the next day.  With some larger heaver items it may take one extra day.

Very large or heavy items

In some cases we are able to organise a direct delivery from the manufacturer, or our own delivery vehicles also we may send the items using a pallet service.

Delivery Charges

All items are clearly priced for the delivery service when you select your delivery method in the checkout process, some items are delivered free of charge and they are clearly marked.

Our Aim

At British Bathrooms we work hard to ensure that all elements of our delivery service are functioning well to make sure your goods arrive on time or even earlier.  We do keep a fair amount of stock in our warehouse ready for dispatch, but due the size and breadth of the products available within the bathroom industry it is not possible to hold them in all in stock.  Consequently we will need to order some items directly from our suppliers and manufacturers.

Good Practice

It is in your interests not to book your installer/plumber on the strength of delivery dates.  We recommend that once you have received and checked that the goods are correct prior to your project being started.  Please remember that we cannot be held liable for any costs involved due to late delivery.
